From Medan, Indonesia, Dian has shown talent in math and science since childhood. Despite financial limitations, she pursued engineering after high school. She excelled in her studies, becoming one of the top students through hard work and collaboration.

After obtaining her engineering degree in 2005, Dian joined prestigious oil and gas companies like BP, Total E&P, and Chevron Indonesia. Her technical prowess, business acumen, and hard work led to rapid advancement. At just 25, she became Indonesia’s first female Lifting Engineer. Dian shared her expertise through publications and speeches, influencing companies, organizations, and governments.

Dian discovered her interest in engineering and business. She moved to the United States with her family in January 2019. In May 2020, she enrolled in the MBA program at Boston University, where she graduated with High Honors in May 2022. Additionally, she pursued Credentials Business Program at Harvard University and Business Analyst Certification from Purdue University. Dian earned a distinguished reputation as a skilled engineer and astute businesswoman as time passed. Her peers and clients held her in high regard, appreciating her innovative thinking and proficiency in devising pragmatic solutions to intricate challenges.

She started her consulting firm in the United States and Indonesia, leveraging her technical expertise and business acumen to successfully assist clients from various industries in solving their pressing challenges.

She founded the Association Lifting Operation Experts of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. Dian is an active member of ICESNA (Civil Engineer Association of North America), IWEN (Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Network) in Houston, IACC (Indonesian American Chamber of Commerce Southeastern Central) in Houston, and ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers).
